The childhood encompasses over one-third of the Indian population which in turn comprises the foremost part of the work force of our country. According to the information and reports of various sources it is “Only 15%of the young graduates passing out of colleges are employable; and the rest are recognized as ‘unemployable’.”

It is not their lack of hypothetical knowledge that causes this as an alternative; it is being deficient of precise skills and attitude. There is an increasing concern among the chief employers of the country, about the shortage of ready-to-deliver human resources.

In addition, the worldwide viewpoint confirms that, it is vital for such young energy to be molded properly in economic growth and nation building to evade their addition to family miseries, social pressure and national desolation.

Rajeesh Trust Learning Programme (RTLP) is such a proposal that endeavors at generating a group of young and independent people, from the underprivileged section, through skill augmentation in tandem with market necessities. It is an attempt towards bridging the gap between demand and supply of accomplished manpower.


This Livelihood programme educates the underprivileged adolescent youth in language Proficiency, Basic Education and Soft Skills for enhancing their prospects of employment in the rapid growing employment sectors. So far, innumerous youths have been trained through their homes & orphanage and Rajeesh Trust is rendering its voluminous support and guidance through the Livelihood Programme.
